MaxSVN Updates

Due to the release of SVN 1.9.9 and 1.10.2 the following versions have been released today and can be downloaded from the project page:

More than 19 man hours were invested into this release (corresponding to an investment of >1,900.- Euro).

Highlights in these versions are:
- updated SQLite to 3.24.0
- updated Python to 2.7.15
